CGAs and business success
Certified general accountants (CGAs) are recognized for their wide-ranging skills and comprehensive vision.
In addition to being accounting professionals, CGAs serve as managers, tax specialists and auditors. They are highly qualified experts who make a real difference wherever they work, including accounting firms and private companies and in the public and parapublic sectors.
Reliable and high-performance
The Ordre des CGA du Québec (CGA-Quebec) has 10,800 regular members and student members. It is affiliated with CGA-Canada, which has 73,000 regular members and student members across the country and around the world. Drawing on their university education, including at least two years of practical training, CGAs go beyond the boundaries of accounting. And thanks to their all-round adaptability, they play a leading advisory role and collaborate actively to achieve the goals of the organizations they work for. CGAs’ professional qualifications also enable them to meet the challenges posed by market globalization, ever-advancing technological developments and many other key aspects of 21st century life.
Top quality
CGA-Quebec’s website includes a special section in which companies can directly post job openings (full-time, part-time, permanent or contractual appointments) of interest to our regular and student members.
