Register with the Ordre today!
Do you wish to register with the Ordre as a CGA student? Wise decision!
Follow the three steps below to register:
1. Complete the CGA program registration form.
2. Enclose the following:
- a copy of university transcripts;
- a copy of all degrees earned, as applicable.
If you are an immigrant, you must also include:
- a copy of your landed immigrant certificate;
- a translation (into French or English) of all degrees and academic transcripts. Transcripts must be accompanied by a translation of the course descriptions issued by the relevant educational institution;
- a comparative assessment of studies completed outside Quebec issued by the
Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles – 514-864-9191 or equivalences@micc.gouv.qc.ca
3. Pay the registration fees (non-refundable).
Important! Your registration application will not be processed if it is incomplete.
The next step is your file review by the Ordre.
File review
File reviews are part of the admissions process and are carried out for each applicant. However, individuals may have their documents evaluated prior to registration with the Ordre to ensure that their documents comply with the CGA program requirements.
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Complete the File Review form.
2. Submit a copy of your college and university transcripts.
If you are an immigrant to Canada, you must submit a comparative assessment of studies completed outside Quebec issued by the Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles, together with the relevant transcripts and a summary description of the courses taken (documents translated into English or French).
3. Enclose the application fee. This amount will be deducted from the registration fee if an application for registration with the Ordre is submitted within six months of the file review.
